Knife can be shown on both sides as there are no levers to operate. Everything is done with gravity and works oh so smooth. Comes with blood powder in case you want to look like your bleeding once cut. No bulbs to fill, nothing to squeeze to bleed. Just apply a light dusting of powder on your arm prior to performing, dampen the blade, and your all set for blood.
